Glenda Ruth Farus

Glenda Ruth Farus was born October 1, 1948, in Ruidoso, NM . Glenda passed away on December 2,2024 at 9:20 AM, in her home surrounded by those who loved her.

A woman who always had control and was always ready to give. Children of this community have been loved by her for 40 years. Nob Hill Elementary was her platform for sharing her love of crafts and books. Known for her SMILE, her crafts, her love of books, her cookies and her jelly. She will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her best friend and husband of 54 years, Red; her children, Missy, Mark, Robyn, Mandy and Bryan; her grandchildren, Anthony, AC, Cole, Lacy, Josie, Devon, John, Tylar J, Coleston, Sierra, Breanna, Slade, Kenton and Melody; and 23 great grandchildren; a brother, Lonnie.

A memorial will be held at her home, 207 La Luz Lane, Ruidoso, NM, on SUNDAY, DECEMBER 15th at 1pm.
